So whether it’s a pump station upgrade, treatment plant refurbishment, general transfer pumps, bore pumps, vacuum systems, dosing plant or pipe and valve
works, we can deliver including turnkey packages.
Some examples are the two 110kw Moura Backwash Pump set installations for Banana Shire Council. This involved the supply of new pumps to suit the existing motors, fabrication of the pump bases, removal of the old pumpsets and installation c/w pipework modifications and wafer NRV’s.
We have also supplied and installed six new surface aerator drives at Elanora STP for GCCC which involved fabricating the bases at our workshop facility.
We have supplied and installed two new 80kw Wilo pumps at PS67 for Redland City Council. Works included the fabrication of new pump bases, new sluice and NRV’s, pipework modifications to suit the new pumps as well as a complete new riser in the dry well to mirror that of the existing c/w DN300 ABB flow meter.
